Well composed. I hopes you asked your model to pack on a few pounds. It is the sad story of many of you nation's youth. However, I think that was a trend that peaked in the nineties and is slowly beginning to reverse itself, at least in my neck of the woods. There are far more overweight citizens than underwieght, I'd wager. Beyonce, JLO, and the rest of the booty-generation helped us all realize there's nothing wrong with a bit of cargo in the back seat. (7)

I think the use of more dramatic lighting (perhaps butterfly) could have really improved the shot. The pose is well done to me and it is a technically sound shot.
