Sometimes, being in the right place at the right time, really pays off, eh? Wonderful image. Only in Europe or GB would you find a group of school children, dressed impecably in their uniforms! All standing, in the rain, fantastic reflections, cute pale faces, amid the sea of red, black and grays. Really wonderful. Brings back memories.

I like the crop, and the choice of using B&W... But I think that you cropped it too close to the bottom edge of the image... Needs to not feel as if it's dropping out of the frame.
