Many people interpret this to mean that people should not get tatts or piercings. That our body is not ours but God's.

So, the title Doubt; simply means that this person is doubting the general interpretation of what most people believe in regards to treating our bodies as temples.

Just my thinking on the meaning.

My thinking on the photograph? Nicely done, very powerful in black and white. I like it.

I don't get a sense of 'doubt' from the photo. I see the cross on the arm which is the only tie with religion in the photo that I can make out.

It is a nice photo in its own right.
