Chihuahua~Dachshund Mixby fotodudeComment: Good focus, but a red-eye reduction flash and a darker background would have greatly improved this shot for me. If you don't have studio lights or a bounce flash, you might want to consider shooting these types of photos outside, with natural light, or further away from the wall to reduce the harsh shadows. The ears on this little guy are great. I bet that even a tight cropped shot of just the head would be interesting too. 5 |

Where are you?by rhipsterComment: Reminds me of the highland steer in Scotland. Love the perspective you used in this shot. Nice DOF too! 8 |

Dew Drops on Webby Kathryn8Comment: Very beautiful. It's amazing how strong spider webs are. I might have cropped up from the bottom a little more to eliminate the lens flare in the right corner, but it's still a great shot. 8 |

"Bizarre Rock"by sfarrell23Comment: Hmmm. What's THAT supposed to be? :-) Well captured. I'm glad you kept the other rock to the left (in the photo) for perspective and contrast. The sky is a little noisy, but I'd rather it be noisy than have you smooth everything out with NeatImage. Very nice. 10 |

Infinitesimalby ZoomdakComment: Excellent focus and composition. Tonal balance is very nice as well. I enjoy the use of B&W in this shot to help isolate the spider. Sublime! 10 |

this must hurt!!by docpjvComment: Can't really tell what's going on here. Less cropping and a vertical format might have helped. |

Miss lemonby JinjitComment: This certainly qualifies as bizarre. Nice work isolating the bizarre lemon. Not an easy task in this very monochromatic setting. 8 |
