A Long Walkby saphireComment by MaryO: I like this and it is largely a gray, wintry scene, but I think the impact is coming from the bright red on the umbrella and there are other shots in this challenge that aren't using color for their impact, which IMO is more in the spirit of the challenge. In a partial desat challenge this would be a great entry. |

Complimentary Colorsby saphireComment by MaYz: In additon to the nice lighting and pretty model I like the subtle use of purple used here. There seems to be some noise artifacts due to over sharpening. More apparent on the cheek and neck. Other than that nice image. |

Complimentary Colorsby saphireComment by Photonurd: Nice idea! It could even use a bit more purple and—not to be overly picky—a bit less wood in the upper left corner. I was also thinking maybe purple lip stick and eyeshadow really would have put this image above and beyond. Just a though. Well done! 8o) |
