Stories (At The Museum)by kdkaboomComment by kdkaboom: skews, tanks!!! i really think it's the best shot i got at MOMA, and definitely the best shot i've taken in a long time... there's something uneffected about it - and it feels like a real candid, a not-so-gimmicky lookit-me lookit-me candid. really, it's about the space around the subjects, not the subjects alone. i dunno, i really dig it...which is why i figured it for the free study. i think the half black makes the photo.....but i understand how folks wouldn't agree. whatev. i digs it!
thanks girl (and guys 'n' gals)

Stories (At The Museum)by kdkaboomComment by skewsme: A - HA!! She's back! I didn't see this - I wonder if I'd have known it was a boomer??!! This is such a cool idea. There is something, I don't know, existential... about half of this being black. And the perspective and the angle... this is like 'abstract, with people'. Well done, dude! |

Stories (At The Museum)by kdkaboomComment by e301: Like this. The half and half composition might be a touch strong - given the complete absence of stuff in that black. I'm unsure about the figures in motion adding or detracting from the impact, too. I think perhaps they pull too much away from the stillness of the other figures. |
