I don't think I've said 10 words on this website this year. But it's time.

I would imagine that if I ever saw this in real life I would look back at it for years as the most amazing scene I've ever ingested. I'm glad that you wrote the same thing in your comments. Congratulations on a few things. First, that you were there. To me, that is the most exciting thing about this photo...imagining somebody (you) standing there with camera in hand, jaw dropped, eyes wide open and heart racing. Secondly, of course, I'd like to congratulate you on capturing the moment so that we could all experience it with you. Very nicely framed and toned, especially. I'm ultra-jealouse in a good sort of way. I hope to see something similar one day! Well done!

Really very nice...The resting/semi-bored posture of those in the background really contrast nicely with the focus displayed on the dancer's face. I really like it.

This is really neat, but a little too softish for my taste...this is only personal opinion however and the image may be perfectly suited to what you had envisioned!

To my eyes, a sharper, grainier look would give this a more Industrious feel. Either way, great capture!

Edit: I just read a comment below that mentioned how the softness of the steam contrasts nicely with the sharpness of the buildings...and you know, I think I've been converted! I would love to see this as a huge print, it would be gorgeous!

Finally. Something I can give a decent vote to. Sheesh. Beautiful, great seeing and composition...nice tones. I wish the highlights were a little less harsh...perhaps taken later in the day would have been more appropriate? Good work, though. 8
