The frame doesn't seem even R-L, though it's size and color accent this photo well. I like the detail of the mold on the bottom of the bridge - it makes it seem somewhat neglected, which I think plays well in this shot.

Border is too dominating for my taste. I can see how this could be framed with a fat mat, but here the border detracts.

The frame is too heavy. Also feels chopped off at the right, perhaps a little bit more should be there to show that the bridge has ended.
