A Bush In White Sandsby TommyMoe21Comment: Very strong composition, if only that shrub were a little sharper though... I would also have got rid of the sharpening halos at the edges of the dune and the background mountain. Still, one of my highest scores in this contest. |

Drivenby markwileyComment: A strong composition, and an original take on this cliche. I feel the fade around the railway image is a little too squared off and rectangular near the top left. The front lighting on the skin works in some parts of the image, but looks a little too waxy, especially around the ear and nose. Nevertheless, one of my highest scores in this contest. |

come together nowby mitalapoComment: The composition is uncomfortable, and the background too cluttered. The flat desat does not help the image. |

Chosen Pathby namComment: A desaturation that used colour filters to increase the contrast between the path and the foliage would have improved this image, rather than what looks like a flat desat here. The fence in the foreground being slightly out of focus is a bit distracting, I would have tried to get that sharp perhaps at the expense of the further background. |

dog sittingby tnunComment: Oversharpened, especially excessive sharpening artefacts on the fur. |

corneredby PennyStreetComment: A wide angle composition like this would have worked better if the verticals were exactly vertical. |
