Powerful photograph. You may have other commenters tell you that cutting off his face and elbow are breaking the rules, but I feel that it works to strengthen this particular image.

I really like this shot. I love how the rough texture of the stones frame the velvety texture of the rose. I'm not too good at PP so I won't try to give thoughts on that. I do know what I like and why I like the shot ... so that's where I have decided to concentrtate my comments. The layout and cropping are extraordinary here.
