I can't find a clear focal point. Is that intentional? If so, I'm afraid I'm not getting the meaning of it.

Pity about the lost focus. So colourful but images such as these, need to be sharp and in focus

There are some serious problem areas with this photo. First is the back lighting that over powers various elements in the shot, and throws extremely strong distracting shadows into the foreground. Second is the infinity focus - a shallower depth of field would have helped the background be much less distracting. Your shot probably suffered score-wise because people did not feel that it met the challenge subject.
On the plus side, this is a very whimsical shot - I love the bathtub with the toy ships, and the shower head spraying water. This is a great scene, and well worth capturing. You probably had very little choice in time of day or lighting.
Regardless of the technicals on this, it does one great thing. It makes me smile.

Great subject, but I think it was a victim of the midday sun, and looks a little washed out. Shooting a little later or earlier in the day will give wonderful details.

Your file size indicates a little to much JPEG compression as well. That can kill the clarity of an otherwise good shot. Always select a compression ratio that brings your image in as close as possible to the 150 or 200k allowed for a challenge, without going over it.

I think there is too much foreground "grass" here.

Comment by JaimeVinas:
cropping the bottom part would have made this shot much better IMHO. Good lighting though, many had dark houses and foreground. This is one of the few who didnt. Good job on that.
