love the hi-contrast, not so crazy about the comp...do you mean he's in trunk of car? trolley? building?

The sheets are very distracting and the colours are too dull.

Interesting image. Creative. The skin tones are a bit on the magenta side and I find that background fabric distracting a too busy - assuming this was a setup rather than in the right place at the right time.

A bit busy - the articles on the wall behind take attention away from the subjects.

Compositionally, this is a good idea, but it feels a little staged and stiff. The lighting doesn't seem quite right, either. However, it is definitely an arresting image. The contrast between young and old and the inversion of expected roles in this kind of image is very pieta-esque. I like it.

If you put your subject further from the background, you can avoid it being a distraction (ie it's wrinkled) - or so I read on a thread here a while back. I like the blue liquid but don't like the blue reflection on her face, though that's what you were going for, I'm sure. Just a bit too unnatural for me.

Interesting in a spooky way. Sharper and more DOF would be better.

Comment by Rikki:
The focus seems soft, way to soft in my opinion to a point where the sharpness and glint in the eyes are lost. Maybe a tighter crop and an adjustment of levels as a suggestion, would help bring out this gem.
