I would have liked a bit more room around the subject here and perhaps a focus that blurred the background a bit. Nice lighting - no distracting shadows on the face. Good colors captured. Overall it doesn't hold my attention for much more than a glance though. = 6

I really like the harsh black & white against the sky. Too bad there were not any clouds the day you were shooting an all blue sky would have looked great. Nice capture of the shadows on the left side of the tower. Good framing. = 8

This is cute. I would like to see a bit more room on the right side so it was equal to the left. A little more detail on the berries would also be good they seem a bit blurred. = 7

I like the compliment of the curves from where the leaf is sitting as well as the water and straight lines in the stem and veins on the leaf. Nice colors and lighting. The only thing distracting me is the the section of the leaf on the lower left does not seem to have as much focus on it. = 8

Very nice framing. Good details on the features on the girl and on the flowers. The only thing bothering me is that the tone of her skin seems a bit off - particularly on her hand. It almost looks as thought that part was painted rather than a photo. Overall very nice = 7

Nice details here. Nice framing. I like how the pinata's at the top seem to outline the man walking - lower to the right and opening up more as it moves to the left. I would be interested to see this in color. It looks as though there might be some very vibrant colors. As it is in b/w it doesn't hold my interest very long. = 6

beautiful colors. The sun looks huge! The bottom part of the picture is pretty dark and doesn't add much. I think moving the angle up so a bit more of the sky was included while still getting the outline of the trees in the sunlight would have been more appealing. = 7

Abstract Martini

This shot gives me a strong sense of movement from the curves and waves. I love the colors althougth the yellow spots and white glare are a bit distracting. The rim of the glass is not equal on both sides at the top of the picture and seems to get sucked out the left side a bit. Perhaps cropping a bit more off the right to equal that out would help. Just an idea. I like the shot very much overall = 8
