"Meet Daddy...."by PatrolComment by garlic: Think you should have used as small apperture as possible to get both objects into sharp focus. You are probably pretty close to the smaller one so maybe then it wasn´t even possible. Then I would have just used a large apperture and blurr either of them significally, not go somewhere inbetween. But the colors are great and this is a fine image. |

"Meet Daddy...."by PatrolComment by doctornick: Very good idea, nice colours. Unfortunately the little windmill is out of focus. There is plenty of light available, so I would have use a much smaller aperture to better depth of field. The grass is also distracting. |

18th century waterwheelby PatrolComment by zmaerd: Could be a cool shot, but a little too much blur to tell what it is. Perhaps a faster shutter speed would have made it better. |

18th century waterwheelby PatrolComment by relgraphics: Interesting capture, at first glance it is hard to tell this is a wheel, but after looking at it for a while I notice the water. IMHO if you shot this more at a distance it would do a lot better in this challenge. |

18th century waterwheelby PatrolComment by cpanaioti: Good motion blur with the water. Composition seems a little tight. Also, a slightly different angle showing the entire axle on the left to give a leading line into the image could possibly generate more impact. |
