The colors in this image are very powerful! The blueish grey sky makes a nice complement with the orange of the rust. A pity the image as a whole is a bit dark, especially the right and top portions, but it works well nonetheless. The border is too heavy for my taste. The image itself is already quite dark, the border makes it appear even darker. Focus is good, lighting could be more even, although I realize that might be difficult for an outdoor shot. Composition and cropping is perfect, with a good balance in straight and curved lines.

Congrats on an interesting shot!

Great composition, lighting & colors. I like it as it is, don't see how it could be improved. The grainy look in the whites and yellows makes it look classic.

I wonder how you lit the cans up, from the inside?

Hardly opposites IMO in fact I would say same sh... er crap, different pile.
Only a five from me I feel it misses the challenge theme somewhat even though the are "opposition" but that does not make them opposite.

crop too tight at the bottom. Color is a bit green, but maybe that was your choice. I would like to see this in black / white or sepia.

Yes it is, but not really opposites per say, more like opposition. Slight difference. I like the way you lighted the cups from within but the harshness is a bit much for my taste. Also the set up leaves me wanting, the black line on the right is distracting and the cropping seems a bit tight. A 3
