Tubeby networkguyComment: Very nice shot. I think that the composition is excellent. However, the focus is too soft. I think that a shot of machinary should have a very clear focus. |

Yeaaaa...an audienceby jbolingComment: Cute shot. I'm not sure if this works (don't have time to try it now), but you can also add interest sometimes by making the water level and the children angled to change the perspective a bit (just a thought). |

Australian Winterby willsy66Comment: An interesting variation on a often used theme. I don't think that I've seen a similar composition using the moon like this. Good idea and nice execution. The one branch that comes down to the upper left is a little distractive and might be better if it were clipped off. I don't think that it is needed because the photo is anchored to the frame on the lower left and right. |

Fireside Anguishby sulamkComment: An interesting effect that comes off rather well. There is some distraction from the reflections on the lips, but otherwise all is very good. |

Pipe Dreamby balynchComment: This reminds me of a screensaver on my PC. Very good job with the geometrical forms. So many lines and repeating patterns makes this a delight for the eyes. |

High Rollerby ShiiizzzamComment: Wonderful tabletop shot. Good reflections, strong, but not dominating the frame. The ceiling lights work well to draw the eye and encircle the subjects. Excellent work! |

It's a doggy dog worldby TracyComment: Awe, cute dog. Good exposure, but might benifit from a bit more contrast. Do note that putting your subject in the middle of the frame like this creates somewhat of a static photo. |

Flareby GordonComment: Now this is something different! Good job on creatively presenting your subject. |

Mom Self-Portrait with Sonby machworksComment: Very nice posing and great smiles. This photo could be even better with some improvements in lighting. The light source appears to be very close so that the boy is lit a bit hot, mom is lit about right. The light falls off very quickly, but not enough to prevent illuminating some background objects. You might try a black sheet behind the subjects if you desire a black background. I also suggest a little bit of fill light and keep the main back a bit more. Nice catch light in the eyes, which is something to look for when using multiple lights (it can be hard to get just right). |

Ruinsby DezComment: I find this a pleasant photo, but I get visually confused as to what the subject is here. The clouds, the stone formation, or the tree. I enjoy a photo with visual motion, that is, one that causes the eye to wander from element to element. However, I think this one would benifit more from a different perspective that brings the eye to the subject. |
