A Show of Lightby AmmieComment: I love how the open window invites us to gaze out at this compelling atmospheric scene. Such a friendly gesture. Thank you. One of my favorites. |

The Waiting Windowby CNovackComment: Well done portrayal of this type of iconic moment. The interior foreground is cozy and cheerful and the exterior beautifully muted. The bus is caught at just the precise time of expectancy. The lighting brings out the lushness of the curtains. Pitch perfect story telling. |

potpourriby skewsmeComment: This is a charming collage-like image with colors, shapes and textures effortlessly juggled into a confection of harmonious composition. There is a sense that something old and perhaps forgotten - the window - contains boundless treasures. My favorite in the challenge. |

5:28 pmby hahn23Comment: I rated this image lower than the other sundial because it feels rather static. Here is a completely subjective, and maybe gratuitous, suggestion: the gnomon and its shadow are the most interesting elements here, looking like a bird, bat or stealth airplane; find an interesting composition featuring them. Of course your own style is paramount, so please take this suggestion in the spirit it's offered. |

anticlockwiseby AbraComment: Pleasantly mysterious. I like how the areas beneath the eyebrows are lit. And that little star beneath the hourglass. |

quoting from memoryby mitalapoComment: ...which is notorious for its distortions, as time also is. This image seems to be a philosophical enquiry and meditation. The extreme graininess adds to the sense of uncertainty. |
