I like this a lot. What I like is the expression you've captured, the way you cropped the photo, the contrasts and levels in black ad white. The whitish background is a bit noisy but this is a fine photograph.

I like the pose on this one. There is a small amount of noise in the background, which may have been from resampling (I know it's difficult trying to get something down to 150 dpi - and not have noise). Good luck!
