There's the internal struggle of how appropriate it is to keep birds in cages - and I've been caught up in it with the parakeets I've had, especially the last two who've had trouble flying and basically stayed within all their lives. Beyond this, and it's no small matter, this is, visually, utterly charming. One of two personal favorites of the challenge and I've given it a ten.
