The Honey Factory by vawendyComment: I was thinking of what I might shoot for this challenge, and the bee on a honeycomb was my thought; I'm glad I didn't look for my shot, because this is the ideal version of what I might have shot. The lighting, the framing and the perfect focus is just ideal. The clear blue winner. |

A Girl & Her Dog by KelliComment: My pick for red, just a lovely sweet image, with a very HCB sense of convergence in action of diverse figures. The only thing lacking is that sense of living out in public that is one of the hallmark of the master. Never the less well seen and caught at the right moment. |

The Long Sprint Home by jagarComment: Best of the group, nice sense of figure in place which is essential for HCB, and the best moment captured, that sense of action at the point of divergence is just perfect. However this scores, I give you the blue. |

lovely dark and deepby jmritzComment: I have been trying from time to time to get the brown with a shot that I like, and you make it seem so easy. I love the way you contrasted the fluid forms of the spent flower with the pixilated geometry of the sensor noise, very clever. |

Tears From Heavenby Shanny403Comment: I am surprised by the low placing of this image. While it doesn't show much sense of place it makes up for it in delivering a great sense of delicacy and texture, I had it in my top three. |

Sweet Dreamsby KristinaGComment: Congratulations, less on the aggregate score than on the quality of the comments. Many of the best eyes on the site took time to praise this one. |

Salvia microphyllaby supanovaComment: A great capture, but the bee is so well presented that it becomes the subject and the flower becomes background rather than the subject. |

Hope.by LostMindComment: the quiet colors may cost you some votes, but it works so well with the wild tangle of forms here. Well seen. |

water colorby curtpetguyComment: Lovely variety of forms but so much of the composition seems to be squeezed to the edge of the frame. |

Misurina by gadionComment: That sky is just too saturated, it makes your flowers feel washed out. A nice three layer composition but the main subject feels a bit squeezed. never the less one of the best compositions. |
