It looks like one is trying to teach the other to dance the Macarena or something :-) A creative idea, but I have a couple suggestions. Diffusing your lighting would help with those bright spots on the plastic. Moving the subjects further away from the background or using a wider aperture would help to blur out that sheet. Another idea would be to use a curved sheet of poster board to go under and up behind the figures to have a uniform, clean looking background. Keep trying! 4.

What are they doing, comparing muscles? Personally I'm not a fan of these types of shots. Technically you did a pretty good job with focus and lighting, but next time iron your background.

Well, the picture itself is good, but you can improve the background putting a backlight to hidden the tracks in the cloth.
