I disagree; if you look at the score distribution, the really high scores and the really low scores are about even in number, and they cancel. The majority of voters gave this a medium score. I don't think this is a great shot technically, and that's why it got voted down. The whole "violence" factor does make one wonder what the purpose of the photo is... I personally still don't "get it"; and if there's nothing to get - if I'm just supposed to appreciate it for what it is, I can't, because it just doesn't look appealing to me technically.

well....this photo is a bit disturbing. Yet, the perspective is different and interesting....I hope you set up this photo, and it wasn't a real person you were photographing. Very creative, but hard to look at...
