Orange in motionby kosmikkreeperComment: your subject, composition, and lighting are perfect. This is one of the most excellent ideas in the challenge. Unfortunately your picture has some technical flaws that will loose you votes :( If I were to have done this shot, I think I would have used a fan the blow the hair around so your subject could stand still and you would get a much much sharper image, but still the same effect with the hair. -8 |

Brooklyn Bridgeby dougmc1Comment: This is a very highly photographed subject. I think you have taken an angle that is more interesting than usual though! A few criticisms: I with the horizon and all the lines were square with the framing, perhaps some rotational adjustment in photoshop could improve this. The photo is also quite gray and flat. Some level and contrast adjustment would fix this up ina jiffy or maybe using a yellow contrast filter if you planned to have a b&w image. Otherwise a very strong image. |

Linesby TooCoolComment: very nice capture. Excellent use of parallel line to strengthen the subject. Only criticism is that I wish the horizon was square with the framing. |
