Vertical line draws the eye in well - pity there's nothing to draw it to...

This is a good rural shot!
I like the color... it might make a pretty good Black/White as well.
A polarizer might help you to get some additional drama into the clouds. This would be a good application for a ND filter to filter some light from the sky.

Sorry, no oxymoron here. At least from the title and the photo, not one that pops out. The horizon of the photo is slanted, and the picture is a bit bright, i would have turned down the brightness a tad and upped the contrast. Maybe used a faster shutter speed, the blur on the snowflakes is good, but the blades and even shaft of the structure seem a little blurred (shutter speed probably could've helped with the brightness too.

Thanks for the comments. Let me take a moment to explain a few things.

The Oxymoron: For anyone that's ever had to pay an Electric Bill, I think it's pretty self explanitory ;) (ie. The wind may blow "Free" but the "Energy" created sure isn't)

The horizon is not slanted, I think the "road" is throwing you off. It's either that, or I'm wrong and every one of those Wind Turbines were erected on a slant ;)

The sun was shining brightly on the Turbines while the snow was falling.
