Battling the wavesby pitsamanComment: Horizon looks slightly tilted. I think this would still be an uninteresting photo, even in full color. |

Lurkingby weavercComment: Pretty creepy but 80% of this photo is blurred foreground which is very distracting. |

No Swimmingby jmsetzlerComment: Boring subject. Interesting angle and perspective, but that could be applied to any image. The angle or selective desat still doesn't improve this photo. |

Eyes to the Skyby ClickyChickyComment: Image a bit too soft on the focus which I believe was caused by impoper focus (shot without macro) and camera shaking while shutter depressing or model moving or any combination of the above. This photo also lacks any white, you've established black and gray values but there are no highlights. The area you chose to keep color is dark as well and from far away or a quick glance, there would appear to be no color at all. |

Urban Decayby VisiBlancoComment: Beautiful shot and composition. Certain areas seem a bit overexposed though, such as the bottom left and the post on the right side of the hole. An image like this should feel dark and dreary but this feels bright and cheery. |

"Julia"by grigrigirlComment: Excellent lighting and expression. The colors somehow don't match to be a real tattoo and almost seem electric or glowing. Nice crop too, but I would've left a tad more space on the left side. Seems a bit close to his left hand. |

Blue Postsby gajmajComment: Nice contrast and great focus. Composition leaves a little to be desired. Personally, I would've taken this shot 2 or 3 steps to the left to "seperate" the posts a little. I think this would work great as b&w but the blue feels out of place here. |

'tinker'by suemackComment: Image is in excellent focus but lacks any white, other than a few speckles of the eyes. In other words, the image is too neutral lacking any highlights. The current image looks perfect when autoleveled and given maybe +10 on saturation in PS.
Nice attempt, but it feels as if it's a work in progress and not yet complete. Just autolevel and the image jumps right out at you! |

Cutting Edgeby maelmsComment: Nice and sharp, no pun intended! Crisp, vibrant colors but the bell pepper almost seems cut/paste onto a white background. Looks too good to be real. ;) |

Loved Onesby davidbedardComment: A powerful image, especially where I live. Practically every turn in the road or pole has a memorial where someone died, either a person driving, or walking alongside of the road.
The pole and electrical box on the right side is a little distracting and could've been cropped a bit closer to the pink cross. |
