Wow, gorgeous photo (and big). The people are unobtrusive yet provide scale. I assume this is an older shot, otherwise it could have done well in the Architecture IV challenge.

All Oxford students are required to ride double-handlebarred bikes. Did you not realise?? Pffft, such a commoner.

To clarify, I clearly meant jammed between parts of my one set of handlebars and the brake lever. Duh.

Oh well now you mention it was jammed between your handlebars and your brake lever that's ok - as you said earlier clearly a safe '"risk-assessed environment " :- P
