Odd angle which might have been intersesting had the sky been blue, or with puffy clouds, etc. Even so, not a whole lot here to keep one's attention.

I really like the angle of this shot. Believe it or not, I took a similar one in Venice last year so I'll be interested to find out where you took it. However, overall a great image. I'm giving it a 9.
