Ever-so-slight centering, angle problem. As well, your flash doesn't seem to cover the whole image. Perhaps an alternate source of lighting would've worked better? The idea is pretty bad ass, the vertical line dropping in is the perfect touch. Very nice.

Whimsical subject, but the shadows are swallowed into the darkness of the background losing the nice three dimensional aspect that you could have gotten. The lighting also seems to be unevenly distributed (the yellow j's are a bit overexposed as compared to the yellow h's.

Beautiful color. I would have tried to use a slightly slower shutter speed to really capture the fountain water not fast enough to stop the motion but just fast enough to capture the water moving without fully blurring. For my taste, the shutter speed allowed the water fountains to blur too much. Still this photo got high marks from me.
