I get the distinct point of view of an observer to something that feels eerily tragic. As a viewer I'm left wondering where the bullet ultimately entered. The fact that this photo evokes such emotions and makes me want to look in the direction the gun was aimed tells me that it succeded.

Would have preferred a more deep DOF and brighter photo so that you could see clearly all elements of the image, including the BB. Meets the challenge theme well.

This focus would be better on the muzzle of the gun and bullet, but then since the bullet isn't really a bullet that part of it wouldn't have been as good. Still it's a good pic.
