This is fantastic. I think if I'd made voting I would have said the top hand was not quite as sharp as the rest, which is a shame, but it hardly detracts from the quality of the rest of the picture. The composition is perfect with the building behind, and I love the way the ground at the bottom seems to be weighed down by the statue. Can anyone else see that very slight curve?! It really works to add something extra to the photo, somehow! (Wow that was technical :-P)

Just looked at the original version of this pic, and I have to admit because of how the flash behaved I would probably have discarded that picture, I get annoyed when the flash doesn't light up the bit I want it to! I'm glad you were more persistent with it tho cos the way the flash light hits the chain adds the emphasis, and of course without the horribly lit ground in front of it. Nice one & congratulations!

Strange because no-one else has spotted this, maybe it's just me... but the beetle doesn't look real to me, not even part of the photo. Someone commented that it had been run thru NeatImage too much, maybe that's what's done it. Hmmm...! Still, if it is genuine (which I am assuming it is) it is a fantastic idea and brilliantly executed.

Nice one little bro! My tip is - try not to have anything distracting in the background. It's hard to do I know, I've had the same problems, but I think that's what's let you down a bit here. Nice pic tho!

I watched the film Hostel last night... it involved people being tortured and chopped to bits lots, and also some guy having his head smashed up by kids stamping on him... so now this photo freaks me out!!!
