I really like how the color of the sails stands out from the desaturated gray sky and water. I also really like the composition. This shot is served well by the cropping you've done.

Lovely composition, but way too grainy. (I bet you're getting that comment a lot. Focus on the lovely composition part.)

I like the way the lines and vectors form a diamond in this shot. It's a unique composition, though it's hard to know where my eyes should focus.

This is beautifully sharp, and the lighting and reflection are exquisite. I'm not sure that looking at this picture would immediately make me think, "fairy tale," but you've done a great job with a hard topic. Very nice!

There's a strange separation between the toy witch and the real background. It looks as though the background has been exceptionally dodged to give it that faded-out effect. I agree that adds some fantasy or whimsy to it, but it makes the toy witch stick out like a sore thumb. You might try burning her (in photoshop, not, like, at the stake) :) to make her look more realistic.

I very much like the composition of this shot, and certainly, the soft focus makes it look more painterly and whimsical, but it's hard to tell in spots what is meant to be soft focus and what is motion blur. Great concept.

Very cool concept, and gorgeous colors, but the picture loses something with the out-of-focus sillhouette and the grain.

I didn't vote in this challenge, but I think this is a stunning image, technically very well-done, and very underrated for the challenge. Great job!

One thing about sharpening is that it makes all the lines of their faces and bodies much more sharp. I think this portrait would've benefitted from softer focus and less contrast -- those would have made the image more flattering, I think.

Just over a 5? This shot is way way underrated. I would have expected to see it much closer to a 6. The background is sort of grainy, but that just seems to accentuate the color and detail of the fly.
