While normally, I'd want to see this fawn in greater detail and closer up, I think the foggy horizon is really effective in setting a mood for this shot. I like it a lot. :)

Truthfully, I fall into the "if you shot it at a zoo, it doesn't -really- qualify as wildlife photography" camp, but on the other hand, I'm a sucker for a great photo, and I think this is a great photo. It looks as though you've boosted color saturation a biit, but It hink it works well -- the tigers pop out from the screen in a really cool and appealing way. Good job.

I think this is an awesome picture. I love the detail of the skin and the fur, and the framing and the juxtaposition of the tall giraffe and the shorter giraffe... You're one of my picks for the top three. I hope you do very well in this competition. :)

I think this is a very interesting shot visually -- and I actually like the crop better than I liked the crop of the original. It sort of resembles a keyhole -- very interesting in its asymmetry. Great job. :)
