it was sour cream in the center, unfortunatly a bit runny, but couldn;t be helped.
This was a rushed excersize before work the day it had to be in, and didn;t realise the cream was overexposed till I put it on the computer :(

There was a knife and fork in the photo, but I had to do some harsh cropping because I did this on a bedside dresser, it was a really dark red wood, and nice reflective. I wish I had taken some without the fork, I have a ps'd version without the fork and it looks much better and balanced!

The cashews in the back, they were in a pot I was eating, and the photo was too plain, to I put the pepper in and tipped some of my cashews on the table, I felt it really helped the photo.... but didn't even think of the 'must be in the dish'.. thanks for pointing that out.

would've preffered a different colour background, it all blends a little too much for me

Just a personal prefrence.
I think it would've been better if the table/cloth and fork was clean.
otherwise I like the way its taken.

Excellent photo, I really like the reflections on the platter, and the colour you chose to make it.
being picky, the only things that I think could've improved it would've been softer light on the head, as there no definition in it as its too bright, and maybe have the disk running would've been worth a try. ----9

sorry, but I think I'm missing something in this photo.
eitherway, not a bad photo, the shadow's a bit dark, and I woulda ripped it out of the case and given it a uniform background.. or cropped it differently, just personal prefrence.

just personal prefrence, I would've preferred to see the closest tooth in focus, and the rest blur out.

Lightings not too bad, wou'dve been better if there wasn't a shadow on the paper below, and the back be slightly more out of focus. Photo needs the title to see the irony in it, which loses a few points from me, also I'm not sure what it is, but the edge of the gun is much whiter on the page below, which adds too much contrast to the edge. I like the slight smoke comming from it aswell. a subtle adition and does the image well. --7

I feel the lighting on the left of the chips box is a bit harsh, it looks as if theres a bright halo along the edge, and also the reflection on the top of the can is overexposed (lost the shaping on the top). Other than that the lighting is nice along the edges of the can and chip box, nicely positioned, and I like the cropping. Fits very well. The border is nice. --8
