I am wonering why you did not desaturate the total, or alternatively leave the color in the total. The red leaves now draw all the attention, whereas the soft waterflow is the most graceful aspect of the picture. A viewpoint lower to the ground, looking up to the small waterfall would have concentrated more on that graceful aspect, and would have eliminated some further clutter.

I would agree with the realism, but the pills are spilled all over! Not only do I find someone carefully setting the bottle down implausible, it has no artful purpose other than remind me of so many other types of art that have annoying cliches in them. Bad. negative 10
