solitary sunsetby wkmenComment by ChrisW123: pixelated. Maybe you used a very high ISO for this? If so, try using a lower one + a longer shutter speed + a tripod. :) |

Roadside Wildflowerby wkmenComment by ChrisW123: Nice... I would have maybe focused on the 4 flowers on the right more. They are powerfull. As it is, the photo is "lop sided" a little. |

At the Car Showby wkmenComment by ChrisW123: Terrible. You have a blurry thing on the left, and another blurry thing (ballon) on the right. Should have moved to a position where there's no obstructions. The lighting on the Chevelle is great however. |

pier reflectionsby wkmenComment by esiegel: There is something very timely about this shot. It obviously could have been taken years ago. The composition is very nice as well as the exposure and lighting. I would clone out that string or whatever it is that is hanging off the pier. Otherwise, I think I like this one the best. |

pier at sunsetby wkmenComment by esiegel: This is certainly very nice. I like the way the sky and the sand sandwich the pier. However, I am trying to figure out what the subject is exactly. I think that maybe because the pier is exactly in the middle of the image. If it were the pier, I might have gotten in a bit closer and either lost some of the sky, or some of the sand and used the rules of thirds. |

pier at sunsetby wkmenComment by ButterflySis: I like this one alot. I have a thing for piers. :-) I love the sunset, the colors are right on and pretty. The reflection you caught in the wet sand is very nice. Good silhouette of the pier. I like all of the lines and the little people on the top. This one does appear to be leaning a teeny bit to the right...by looks of the lamp posts. This and the wildflowers are my favorites. Good work. |

estate courtyardby wkmenComment by ButterflySis: I'm also not too crazy for this one for reasons already mentioned and because the sky seems a bit blown out. Also, just looking at your notes and I see you used f/2.8. This appears to be a bright day with harsh sun. Perhaps using a smaller aperture would have prevented some of the loss in colors. Also, a smaller aperture would have kept the entire image in focus. Now, as we go into the image, things get out of focus. |
