I love the "crunch" of this...the good crunchy crispy light, the kinship of the stone and wrinkles topped off with a really nice B&W conversion make this an extra nice portrait. I also like that perhaps you've caught him mid sentence, or maybe not...there is conversation none the less.

Love the image but not the title. Saying he's retired says nothing about who he is. Beautiful natural light and environment. His hand on his straw hat is a very nice touch. A beautiful portrait! 8
