This is the correct way to do a frame within a frame. But is this really HDR? If so it is extremely subtle. But it is better to err on the side of subtle than to go overboard.

This should be shot from a much higher angle so you can take better advantage of the circle and spoke pattern to direct the viewer to the sculpture and cut out the trees that pull attention away.

This is another frame-within-a-frame where the frame steals the show though saturation and contrast. The building in the back should be where the eye goes not the frame.

The girl's knee should not be tangent with edge of the frame. Someone is just peeking into the frame and with the angle of the girl's thigh and shin you are drawn to that. Do you really need all the space on the right?

If you would have gotten a tiny bit lower you could have avoided the two tangent buildings under the bridge. Or gotten higher.
