I'm going through the entries, stopping at those images I feel have had the benefit of an unconventional eye and dwelling a little longer to try to see and appreciate what you saw. This is one of those images.

Positives: What an interesting composition - full of contrasts it seems to be. This stillness of the garden oasis contrasting with the rush of the fulling water; bathed in sunshine in some areas, steeped in shadow in others; bright coloration here, near monochrome tones there.

Critical stuff: I'm not sure if the figure is collaborating with you, if so, moving him back - taking his shadow off the white line may have improved the image ever so slightly.

Overall: A well crafted image - I like it.

This is a beautiful shot and I think it should of placed much higher. This was well done from the lighting to the comp to the artistic feel. Beautiful shot. on to Posthumous Ribbons, Part IV this shot goes.
