A haunting image that is distinctively emotive. The position of the girl in all four exposures balance the lighted windows nicely, creating a proportional composition. I like it.

is this a single image? strobe lite? kinda spooky. It's hard to rank a picture like this. I think that if it turns out like you wanted then it's a good picture. (but I guess that goes for anyone's pictures.)

Light source was a glow stick, as one of these comments figured out.I attached a glowstick to a long broken rubber band so it would create motion. Background was regular street lights, but because of long exposure, it gave an interesting effect. Some comments made about distracting background- i was going for more the color play...but i still think it worked out fine. SO great to be placed in top 20 guys!
