When I saw the thumbnail I was really puzzled why this scored so low, but it became quickly apparent when I opened it. You're super high ISO probably knocked as much as a 0.5 - 0.7 off here.

The setup is nice, the bread makes it interesting and sets it slightly apart from the other simple salad shots, but you always get torn apart here for "bad technicals" and unfortunately your use of high ISO has fallen foul to that.

the lighting seems a little off, and the background seems to have a weird fuzz to it (not sure if that's from over sharpening) this is just my opinion though...but it's still seems like a very nice picture
