The bottom part of this image is very pleasing, but I think that the image as a whole would be more effective if you cropped about half of the sky out.

The trees and the reflections are lovely, but the bald, almost colourless sky is a bit problematic--especially since the reflection of the sky in the water is significantly bluer.

Lovely colour harmonies and very pretty lines on the left side. The hand spread on the model's knee looks a bit too stiff and posed, though. Perhaps you might have suggested a more relaxed position for her hand.
