Very overprocessed and has some ghosting going on. Also, since the window doesn't seem relevant to the "story" I would've had them step a few feet away from it so that I could isolate my subjects from the background; as it is, I find the lettering on the window distracting.

This looks like it has alot of character, but I would personally have preferred a tighter crop by cutting out the right 1/3 of the frame. That would've made your subjects, the interesting object that they are carting around, and the booths far more prominent.

It looks like something strange happened with the compression or posting. It seems overly sharp/noisy and the dog's legs in the middle have some kind of weird shadow/desat going on. I also think that this would have had more impact if you were even closer to the ground. Right now, the picture makes me feel like a spectator, if you were lower I think this photo would give the feeling that the dogs are running directly at you.
