The lighting is too harsh and I think that the model is more emo than glamorous. I do like the the tonal quality of the pic though.

Seems a bit snap-shotish to me. Need more eye contact to engage the viewer. Move the person away from the wall to eliminate the harsh shadows, and a true B/W may have been a better choice than sepia tones. All JMO of course. :-) Good luck.
