This is really the only entry this week that I feel fits the challenge. Almost all the others depict Patriotism, (if not militarism) which, while not necessarily opposed to freedom, and not by any means necessarily a bad thing, is not freedom in and of itself.

There's lots of noise in this photo... which isn't altogether bad, but I'm guessing you had a pretty high ISO? Nice movement in the dart... too bad it's not exactly a bulls-eye (or is it?) hard to tell. The line at the top, which I'm guessing is part of the wall is rather distracting... I think you could have achieved the same photo by cropping out some of the top, at the same time not putting the main subject directly center for a better rule of thirds look.
