Very nice and emotive. The rocks, I think, and the way the monk is looking away from you makes this very moody...Looks like the focus was on the rock wall, though, instead of the person. I think I would've liked it better if you were to have the focus on the person...Still, a lovely shot, and I like it!

Very effective. I like the angle of the bed - it is great composition. The checked floor is a nice bit of texture against the slender dark metal. Perfect use of sepia.

So sad. You did a great job creatively. I think you could up the contrast a tad more. Nicely done.

Wow. I don't even like dogs and I found this disturbing. Still, I'm glad you posted it. It's thought provoking as well as emotional.

Wow, this one conjures up some emotion doesn't it.

Why is it we aren't as emotionally attached to the lobsters in the tank at the restaurant, or the cows in the field? (I am attached to the cows in the field, but I still eat them). I’m not a big fan of the food chain in all its forms. Every life is precious, but the food chain just seems to diminish the value. This image is going to stay with me for a while now.
:(
Oh well…. It’s Friday. I’ll just throw an extra rack of ribs on the BBQ and enjoy the weekend the best I can. Maybe I’ll watch an old movie like soylent green and try to forget I saw this picture.

A very powerful image Jackditch.

Wonderful pic. Looks very old.
I like the monotone shapes and colors. I think it works great for this one.
