I'd like to see more of the face and hence the expression that would convey more of the "Bored" aspect. Unfortunately poor technicals (low resolution, white balance) and harsh lighting are letting this shot down.

There are two ways of looking at this - one, an experiment in exposure and a different look at how color affects mood and impression or as a whoopsie in which the author obviously is thinking so far outside the box that the viewer wonders why it was submitted. I'll take the former - interesting image and effect.

Really though, the white balance looks odd and the whole image appears soft. Looks like this may be a severe crop of a larger image.

I guess u are a starter in photography considering the quality of the photo, I just want to encourage you too keep what you are doing, the idea of the photo can save the quality, and your idea is great, just try next time to remove the date in your menu of the digital camera, you can be disqualified for that...I guess u have been given a low score till now from the photographers with fency cameras that doesn't apriciate an idea, so that's why I'm giving u a 10...keep shooting :)
