Interesting scene. The light coming under the bridge creates some unexpected colors in the water. That tall building is so tall it is hard to make it work with the rest of the composition. It would be interesting to see the shot taken with a focus more on that building along with some of the water/bridge in the foreground, but cropping out the building on the left (for example). The building is leaning in the frame, and I'd like to see that brought to vertical for the photo.

I think you should have straightened the building. With out the fish eye effect the building seems awkward to me. I like the composition.

Seems a bit washed out to me, due to what appears to me to be backlighting. Shooting with the sun in this direction is difficult. If the sun had been to your back, you'd probably have a stronger foreground with a great blue sky.
