There is a lot I like about this image, but I find the out of focus tree dividing the image in two rather distracting, at least most of the time ~ it seems to vary!

These Birds Are Known For a Behavior Called Murmuration

A wonderful capture, with the tree providing added visual interest and a sense of the scale of the gathering, and an interesting sky as a backdrop to it all.

We get murmurations of Tree swallows on the outer Cape. They drop in to feed on certain berries, in addition to their more usual diet of insects, during their migration along the Atlantic coast.
