With an image that has as many elements as this, those extra pixels could have helped you. There is a lot going on here, and lots of elements, like the blue slides, that are partially hiden, making for a very busy image |

Fall in New Hampshireby WoodwardComment by bvy: This has some compositional flaws. Anything that is potentially subject matter in the photograph is eclipsed but the foreground trees. Also, looks like perhaps too much sharpening -- I see haloing in the mountains. |

However the lack of focus, the flat contrast and complete lack of clarity really put me off. With the wonderful trees around there is such a scream for clarity and dark rich contrasts to create depth and character. Though here, it is lacking for me. |

As a result, your contrast is very compromised and decreases the impact of the photo. Additionally, including the tree tops would have been beneficial to this shot. |
