Silent Nightby colorcarnivalComment: I may be wrong here, but I feel like I can see an overgenerous use of blurring to 'soften' the image. I don't know, something just doesn't look right. I think it's a wonderful moment and a great capture, but the final product looks oddly 'cartoony' to me. I would love to see the original. 6. |

Boy crashes toy helicopter into Aunt Jane's head. by bvyComment: It's too bad that the bottle is in the way and the image couldn't have been framed more on Aunt Jane and her battle with the helicopter. A good moment and the look on her face is priceless. Keep refining. keep shooting. |

Great shot. Kind of looks like somebody else could be feeding him.

Braving The Salesby Covert_OddityComment: There isn't a single thing I don't like about this image. Great lines, great framing, focus and DOF. I feel like I can hear the hustle. 10. |

Double Delightby RKTComment: This is beautiful. I can feel the energy of the fun day at the aquarium, hear the noises, and see the sighs just by looking at this picture. Though, looking at it all at once and keeping thoughts on the subject is difficult for me. I think a tighter crop down would have made this a stronger image. Cheers on the 8. |

Christmas Shoppingby Mark1966Comment: I love this. Even with the totally minimalist approach to the post-processing, this picture stands out above the rest to me.
I've never met this man and from your picture alone, I want to know him. His story, where he was going, who/what he was thinking about, where his jacket with it's work leather and old old stains came from. The most evocative picture I'm yet to see in this challenge. 10. |
